Are you travelling alone? Did you plan the route and stops in advance or on the fly? What is the duration? Are you stopping at hotels or slumming it?

I am travelling alone. I had list of things I wanted to do / see and joined the dots. The plan is 25 days. The best value hotels I can find with parking. Did you want to come. The bullet points are a couple POI Bulgaria, Istanbul, The Dark Canyon , that's cured me of any off road capability i thought i had, bloody shit misen., Cappadocia, Pammukale, Athens, and finally take a look at some monasteries on top of cliffs. To be honest to get it down to 25 days there's too much motorway. However,I I've gone all Itchy Boots and prepped a really old bike for the trip. Sweating a little as there's no recovery Asian side of Bosphorus

All considered it couldn't have gone smoother with regards to community spirit. accommodation left a little to be desired. Dripping slowly all night long!

Aye, the wee b'n'b I stayed at in Alness was lovely, clean, warm and a wonderful landlady, who got up early to cook me a full Scottish breakfast for a fraction of what the team payed.
Mind the evening meal we had in Dingwall was tasty, the mallard iffn I remember

Couple of nights in Athens to catch up on some missed tourism. Then look at meteora monasteries on my way to the ferry to Italy
