Quad bikes, electric bikes and off road bike feral kids with no licence or insurance, are probably the group who have caused this

I started going to the ace in the mid 2000's and when i moved near by in 2013 ish, was a regular for the friday night gigs. Great times. It did get pretty out of hand often with hundreds of people on the rd watching loons doing stunts and disrupting traffic , there was also alot of scrots on illegal and or clearly stolen bikes but i think the main reason for the shut downs is the complaints from new neighbors. In recent years a fuck load of apartments got built near by increasing traffic and complaints. Also there is or was alot of trucking firms based in that area as well as royal mail and they didnt like having to negotiate the route outside the ace and going around it added time and fuel costs so more complaints. Its a shame as back in the day it kinda in the middle of no where ish and bothering no one.
Its the way of the world, ya chips will eventually get pissed on.

Been there once i think in 2007 with my son on my 650 Bandit, got bored and went home!!
