Any Touring Routes for Spain

Could anyone suggest any good touring roads in Spain. Starting point Santander Port going at the end of July for 2 weeks.

I may be able to help from Santander but depends on whether you want to include the wine (highly recommended!!); red or white?

Superb tarmac, no queues, big skies, lucky lucky person.

Favourite wines I found in Spain. Red: Pesquera Reserva or just Tinto (Ribeiro de Duero), Bajoz (Toro), Pata Negra (Navarra?). Whites: most Rias Baixas are good.

I guess the trip to Ireland is a no-no then? If you go try staying in some of these, you can even plan a trip from one to another and you will stay in some of the most fabulous places at a realistic price.
