what’s your view on vitamins @Dox ?

Only one that stands out to me, if I’m understanding what your full diet is, would be a lack of vitamin C.

The chart is wrong - you get vitamin c from grass fed beef, and it is more bioavailable from that source than from the ones mentioned.

The one that is correct, is B12 - which is not found in any plants. It is essential for human life, and found only on animal products. Vegans need foods fortified with it.

If vegan was how we were meant to eat, it should provide all nutrients required; it doesn't. The only source of nutrition that can provide every essential nutrient, is animal products.

And don't mention fibre...

Last week my wife had a Horible flu she's suffers horrible with any virus that raises her tempreture to clear the virus... 4 day previous I woke up sweating in bed and actually changed the bed clothes in the middle of the night. That was my whole reaction to the "flu" I'm never sick and it's drives my wife nuts she's still not 100% 7 day on .. But not nuts enough to copy my diet. 🤷‍♂️

Yesterday at my lads graduation I was alone with my ex for a while, and she said that her partner has stage 4 pancriatic cancer - I told her about carnivore and that that is how I've lost so much weight and this time, kept it off, and that sugar is what keeps cancer growing and that I'd send her links to doctors, professors and specialists discussing the benefits of keto and carnivore for cancer. Understandably she couldn't get her head around the fact vegs and fruits are bad for us.

He's a decent bloke - ex military and outwardly very fit, but he's also borderline diabetic and apparently loves his sweets.

I've done my part. I've had family members who have taken umbridge to my saying they should question the medical advice before. In one case they threw hundreds of thousands to the best cancer specialists in the country...all that kunt came up with was take more chemo. He died a horrible death within months.

So i'll tell people once or twice, but if they don't take the hint its down to them.

Fuck.. Pancreatic cancer is as bad a diagnosis you can get... Most people know cancers thrive on sugar and carbs but it's beyond them to believe they can help their own situation.. I let people do their own thing I can't stress myself anymore for people who will blindly tow the line.. I hope the bloke gets some amazing luck but it's a very big ask 🙏

I have a couple of sayings/beliefs that I try to live by:

Where the mind goes, all else follows.

Everything is always working out perfectly well for me, even when it looks like it isn’t.

Combine those beliefs with an appropriate diet and you have a great start.

Meat consumption and saturated fats get demonised so consumption drops - dementia, diabetes, cardio vascular disease etc increases massively.

But the establishment blames the meat and animal fats.

If your doctor says your cholesterol is high (or mentions good / or bad cholesterol) find a new doctor because he doesn't know wtf he's talking about. Every cell in your body needs cholesterol, it's one of their building blocks...your brain is largely made from it.

"When you wear sunglasses, your eyes cannot detect the sun to then start sending messages to the brain to produce protective hormones like melanocyte-stimulating hormone (MSH). Your body produces less melanin and instead of skin darkening, it starts to turn red due to the UV damage."

My theory is it's fuck all to do with sunscreen but the ever dumbing down of the general population.. Most people used common sense in the sun back in the day so if you are hot and getting red get the fuck out of the sun... Now people put suncream on and lie for hours in the direct sunlight but believing they are protected by a cream that does work but it's not a fucking miracle worker turning pasty people into bronze gods.. The statement up above has some very valid points but I can tell you I'm always outdoors and my pasty Irish ass will always struggle to absorb strong sunlight 🤔... It also quotes men in the study..? How many had grandfather's that sat in the sun and bathed? I never even seen my Grandad in shorts or a t-shirt? 👀

The Phoenicians(Means red) who were redheaded, blue eyes and white skin would paint there skin with ochre to protect themselves from the hot sun.

I actually remember being on the beach with uncles still sitting in shirts and trousers in 25 degrees 🤔 tanned hands and faces 😆 my mams family all had dark skin like my mam but still spent very little time in the actual sun.. I've put suncream on while on this holiday and missed a spot on my upper arms where you could see my skin was bare and red so I covered up the next day so not to burn as I hate the discomfort... The beach is full of badly burnt people still try to get more sun and damaging the skin cells... Every time you create a damaged area the likelihood goes up of a mutation and posible skin cancer.. I don't worry too much all I do is protect myself from burning as much as possible while I enjoy the gorgeous sunshine.. Life is full of risks and I have no interest in eliminating all of them 🤔
