it was always destined to happen, II 's game is the uplift, they've delivered that so time to divest when its at a high although a value of 875m on profit of 79? 11 X EBIDTA?? nice if you can get that for a manufacturing/brand in the current economic climate, its way over anything I'd pay, if i had the loose change to do so

I believe Ducati are planning on floating the company in Hong Kong next year with the aforementioned market value of £875 Million as opposed to selling.
Apparently Hong Kong has been the place all the luxury brands want to list and Ducati obviously is thinking they come under this 'luxury' brand type of thing !

It's all about being closer to the Asian and Eastern markets as the article says which is forecast to grow loads faster than Europe and North America and is indeed doing so at the moment.
