Any sales folk out there been asked to take part by their company, or are there any sales managers out there who have an experience of theis survey ???

We invite you to take part in this research project on sales performance in the UK.
You will be able to:
? Really know what your people are thinking
? Identify performance priorities within your organisation
? Highlight your skill gaps
? Identify your strengths
? Measure leadership effectiveness
? Help you to retain your top performers
? Revolutionise your communications
? Motivate your sales people to work together to improve performance
You will need to nominate a number of your sales people who will be asked to complete a
confidential ‘on-line’ questionnaire called salesPerformanceindex360© that will take a
maximum of 15 minutes of their time.
This provides feedback on:
? Leadership effectiveness
? Motivation levels
? Sales skills
? Sales processes
? Marketplace knowledge
The names of the participating organisations will be published but the individual
responses will remain anonymous. As part of the project you will automatically receive
a copy of the research findings report.
There will also be an opportunity for you to arrange a feedback meeting with an
index360© Accredited Coach who will provide you with a detailed report on your own
organisation, including how you compare against the other participating organisations.
