Having been to both the TT and the Manx/Classic TT, I find the TT has too many people who over estimate their riding abilities and the Mountain road is shut nearly all the time to pick up what’s left of them.
The Manx is a lot more laid back and there’s the chance a 916 may win again!

The Classic/Manx is at the end of August whereas the TT is the end of May beginning of June.
