Do the Akra silencers on the Panigale R have removable baffles?

Not the oem ones.

Do you know if they have cats fitted. And are they any louder than the exhausts on a standard 1299?

They have cats as far as I remember. As far as volume, I changed them out for the underseat D170 system due to constant black flagging at the track.
The underbelly stuff often has issues at the track though as it resonates more being so close to the ground. My ktm RC8 was the same at Oulton years ago.

How is the original Ducati mapping on the Panigale R. Did you feel that it needed remapping?

Remapped with the full system as part of the install.
Original map was a little wooly off closed throttle in hairpins but fine apart from that.
