Since then the Ducati fleet has increased to 19, ranging from a 1958 125 F3 to the Desmosedici, plus 19 others, British iron dated from 1949 to the mid '70's, hence a compulsory house move 12 year ago for more space for the "toys".
Have a problem with a Multistrada 1200S non functioning fuel pump which I hope some of you Technophiles can assist with, see entry in the Multistrada Forum.

Cheers Folks.

Car is a 1970 E-Type (XKE) Fixed Head Coupe 4.2 Series 2 with Right Hand Drive and Signal Red Paintwork, Black Interior on Chassis Number 1R20816 by the looks of it.................... 👀

Aye Carr01, that's the Terry Beckett tuned X7 I campaigned in the Scottish Production scene with occasional forays in the Avon series. It was a match for the Yammie LCs until Stan Stephen sharpened his rifflers.

Well Exige, you've excelled yourself and obviously have to hand the JDC E Type booklets. Bought it for a song in 1972 following another stramash in the Middle East whereupon petrol broke the £1 per gallon, the dealers couldna get rid of these behemoths. I had the full set of the books but lent one out which was never returned.

Terry had some success with 350LC's, tuned my mates proddie LC and his valve (y)

A 1966 250 Continental GT which was exported to the USA, returned to the UK as the big beefy Yanks preferred the Interceptor, purchased and restored by a stalwart of the RE Owners Club and now resides in the Cairngorms.
I always fancied one in the '60's as it looked as if it was a ton up machine but in reality not a match for Ducati's Mach 1, apart from price that is.

The Norton has rear shocks so not an 18, could it be an ES2?
Spot on Jat, a 1949 500 ES2 which had been with the same family since new until I bought it last year, the V5 Registration Document has me as the second owner. Once I've that recalcitrant Multistrada fixed and off the bench the ES2 will be up to remove the mag. and refurbish, damn poor spark.
The Aprilia RSV is one of 130 homologation SP models with the Rotax engine reworked by Cosworth for their new signing Troy Corser to race in the WSB series.

I love mine now, i've had some issues with it much to the members piss takes :ROFLMAO:, the injection system was so restricted. I got the carb conversion from Hitchcocks, i bought it to take the pressure off my 996 that is now off the road and in need of some tlc.(y)

What a lovely looking machine, I’ve never had a British bike but if I did it would be a Norton.
I have a friend’s 1939 350 Enfield in my garage, that’s the only British bike I’ve ever ridden and I ended up in the bloody hedge when I realised the brakes were awful!!

The single front disc brake on mine is awful but will sort that when the weather gets milder.
