Paint shops in central scotland

Hi all
Would like to freshen the paint work up on the 749R.

Any recommendations for a paint shop in central Scotland. Ideally someone who can be trusted to mask of the carbon so it doesn't get filled in.

Am all over the central belt and Fife for work, so anywhere would do.
