st2 help

There should a nut and a plate on the outside at each side.
On the RH side the caliper mounting plate fits between the wheel and the swinging arm. On the LH side there is a conical washer between the sprocket carrier and the swinging arm. The washer MUST be fitted with the conical side in towards the carrier bearing.

cheers for that found the spacer still fixed to the sprocket carrier, wheel bearings have collapsed, does any one know the sizes? external 47mm x internal 25mm x width 17mm?,or the part number skf if possible, cheers ian

All you need to know about the wheel bearings is here. Remember to change the sprocket carrier bearings too.

bang on with the site on the bearings, the only thing with it is that the site says bearing width is 15mm mine are 17mm,other than that bang on,the other thing am on the hunt for is clutch friction plates,do you know of any cheap suppliers, mine has the usual tamborine rattle when clutch is pulled home, and a rumble when released, the basket is all grooved, this will be one of the next things on the wish list.your offer of doing the belts is one i want to do as soon as poss bikes over 24000 and belts are more than likely going to go soon, can you supply belts or do i need to get them?

The wheel bearings are definitely 6005 and they only come in one width whatever it is. A different width would have a different bearing number. The sprocket carrier bearings are 6006.
I can recommend this place to supply them.
