Glancing through various bike forums and motorcycling topics (some in the covid thread should try it :p) and I found this chap.

I know some seek to have a replacement/custom built tank and like so many things bike wise, true craftsman seem to be on the decline so it's always worth trying to promote the good ones.

These are the same people who made my first bobber tank & although it developed a leak after a couple of years they have repaired it & it's now winging it's way to the painter for re-spraying.

The second bobber is loaded in my van now & ready to be taken down to the same people in Brightlingsea, who will be making the twin tanks for this build. I'm all excited 😂

The painter was well impressed with their work too, not having to use filler is always a sign of good workmanship.
