I think it may be time to let my 1098R go to a new home. It's far from standard although I have most of the standard parts. I'd like it to go as is, as I just haven't got time to return to standard and if I keep it, I'd have to put it back to the way it is. The bike was one of the bikes pre-registered by Ducati UK to race in BSB. It was sold to the 1st owner in Jersey by Pro Twins who used it as his track day bike and spent a pretty penny on it. I bought it from him and registered it back in the UK on the original registration. Therefore it shows as one previous owner to myself, which is Ducati UK. The bike is basically mint and I can't think of any marks of note on it. JHP built engine with Pistal pistons NOVA gearbox Nemesis...

Low mileage (6750) 3 previous owners, 2 keys recent recommission / service. The bike was stored / parked in a shed for 10 years prior to recommissioning hence the low mileage. The bike has survived almost unmolested with exception of the single seat unit and the super rare titanium Termignoni's. £5995 possible part exchange for modern Ducati. Kev 07421 991975

I am moving overseas with my job in a few months and boring legislation means I can’t take my bikes with me so my 996 is up for sale. It is a 1999 model (registered in 2000) and has undergone a full restoration about 2 years ago. The frame and wheels have been painted (better than powder coating) by DW Auto who are on the same industrial estate as Luigi Moto and it's who he uses for frames as they have worked together to get the colour right. The engine was taken out and sent to Luigi Moto but because it had been sat in oil, it had screwed up the crankshaft journal. It was actually easier to find a complete engine than it was a new crankshaft, so it was taken to Luigi for him to give it the once over and the engine was dropped that in...

Not my bike, I'm posting this on behalf of a friend, I should add that I have known this bike for the last 14 years or so and it is as good as you will get. If anyone has any queries please PM me and I'll put you in touch with the owner. From the current owner : 1995 Ducati 900 Superlight IV, three former keepers. As far as I can tell it is totally original, except for some stainless braided hose and a few stainless fasteners. It’s just turned 18300 miles and is MOT’d until 16/08/23 Engine rebuilt in Dec 2021 to replace noisy layshaft bearing - both bearings replaced, crank and gearbox shimmed as required, new valve guide seals, valve clearances done, various seals etc. as required. Eyup, I think it’s time to sell my Multistrada. I absolutely love the bike, but with my frozen shoulder and my dodgy back its getting a bit too much to manhandle. It’s a 2019 Multistrada Enduro in ‘sand’, it’s done 30k miles, it’s got a full service history and a few extras. I’ve had a look at prices on Autotrader and I’d like £12,600 for it. it’s only on here and in the Enduro FaceBook group, I’ve not even seen about trading it in against whatever’s next ‘cos I don’t know what to replace it with.
2006 Ducati Monster S2R1000 $4,500 OBO Custom - lowered handlebars, arrowhead exhaust, retracted license plate holder, new blinkers (front and rear), new master rear brake cylinder, new tires Title - clean & in hand Mileage - 23,272 This Ducati Monster was purchased from a Ducati dealer in Ocala but for the last 6 months has been garage kept and since having my first child it’s time to let her go. Modifications were set to mimic the “cafe racer” style bike but still have most original parts. This bike has plenty of power and still maintains minimal weight and exceptional brakes for those looking to get into a 1000cc bike. Bike has been serviced regularly and was recently fitted with new tires and master cylinder for the rear brake...
I`ve decided to sell my S2R1000 Monster, unfortunately arthritis is making it painful to ride and its got to the stage where I am avoiding riding it , this morning for example I made a conscious decision to take the much more comfy Moto Guzzi. It is a very wonderful bike, quite possibly the most enjoyable bike I`ve ever ridden, obviously not the best at anything in particular but way more than the sum of its parts and it really is full of that elusive character we all want from a Ducati. Its a 2005 bike and I`ve had it about 3.5 years , it has FSH including a belt service 600 miles ago in April. Mechanically it is superb, cosmetically not immaculate but still very good . MOT to next April and just 12000 miles covered. HPI clear of...
I've had this pointed out to me on Mordor. 👺 Mr Tea selling his 1098R, some may remember it if you were previously on there. He seems to be after a Desmo if you have one to PX. Right, I feel dirty and I'm off for a wash. 🧼 🧽 🚿 Anyhoo.... Up for sale is my trophy 1098R I bought it via this forum in 2017 and have just done around 200 miles in that time. it’s been sitting I my workshop or in the living room in that time and I’m not going to ever really ride it so it’s time someone used it as intended. Mileage is 10700 . It has an early service history and was then looked after by Richard at Louigi Moto. The motor was taken apart and had rods and piston in and the cams dialled in accordingly . I do have a dyno graph for it saying 191...
1997 900ss with 36k miles on the clock. I am the second owner from new. It had a service, MOT and new chain and sprockets and then within 300 miles I found a crack in the upper rail of the frame near the headstock. Unfortunately I don't have the ability or time to strip the bike, to get it repaired and cannot justify getting the whole job done. Is anyone interested in buying it as it is? Please message me for more information. I am in north Surrey. Thanks.
I'll be listing my 1100evo on eBay later today. I bought it recently as I've always liked the look of them and had been considering selling my S2R 1000 as it's beginning to upset my arthritis. Having ridden both back to back I've decided to keep the older bike and have fitted bar risers to improve comfort. The Evo is better in every measurable aspect including comfort but it doesn't scratch my itch in the same way hence selling it. It's a 2011 bike , 12 months MOT, 32k miles, FSH mainly with Snell and JHP. I'm the 5th owner and it has 2 keys, code card and all the books. Great condition for its age and mileage. Belts last done in 2019 with the desmo service. I'm not one for changing them every 2 years so I'm fine with that. It will...

Very unfortunate sale of my recently completed 1098R due to impending separation. I’m currently out of the country until end on Jan. 2008 Ducati 1098R, originally owned by Martin Rees of Ducati Glasgow who turned it into a track bike from new with a lot of high end aftermarket parts and track/race bodywork, more recently it was owned for a long time by a well known member of another Ducati forum. It’s a well know bike that has been ridden hard and always on track but it has had a no expense spared ownership from new. I’ve just completed a extensive restoration using lots of brand new parts from Ducati and all the original fairings/carbon/tank etc that were stored from new. Some recent work and parts fitted: Full engine/gearbox...
