….nice one, just before the next dose of heavy rain no doubt.!
Are there any staff about at that time of day? What stops the hoi polloi from making a nuisance of themselves?At golf waiting for it to get light enough to hit a ball.
They are all in bed by then after being out robbing all nightAre there any staff about at that time of day? What stops the hoi polloi from making a nuisance of themselves?

Any fish in the lake?Woke at 2.30 am, farted, followed through, I'm not popular...
Yesterday b's mate Angii and her son William turned up and are staying a few nights. We went for a walk around the lil lake just up the road from us, bout a 3 min drive.
It's pretty cool. I've been there before but not walked around it. Takes about 20 mins.

Doubt it, he hasn't found a lake yet with any fish, or river or oceanAny fish in the lake?
Mad keen on getting a dog! Bit soon as still have so much to do on the house and don't want to short change a puppy on the attention front. We'd like a Lil staffy x. Nothing to pretty though as unfortunately there is a high risk of it being stolen. Fucked up but a reality...With that scenery Chiz, it's ideal dog country. Have you thought of getting one? Cheaper than creating a kid
Nothing sizeable I don't think. Not seen anyone fishing there. We saw some tiny ones of about 10-20mm in length. I'd imagine there are eels as those things get everywhere over here.Any fish in the lake?
What ya on about? I was catching enough fish out the back of the factory we lived in to feed us a couple of nights a week.. OK, the last 2 fishing trips I've done were duds but that is rare as fuck! No shortage of fish in nz, they just play a Lil hard to get some daysDoubt it, he hasn't found a lake yet with any fish, or river or ocean
It's got to be a Staffy, best dogs in the world, the end!! I had one back in the day, my Auntie breed them for a bit and the last litter before she stopped doing it gave me first dibs!! He was the first one of the litter to bark at a squeaky bone toy, that was it he was the one!!Mad keen on getting a dog! There is a big fishing comp next weekend called the ,Broverton' Run by and orgaanised by the Overton brothers. Has some great prizes and all Jo's kids have entered for a few years now. Her daughter won the womens section last year and is angling for the overall title this year.What ya on about? Water is still a Lil cold ( imo) for the big snapper runs. Others disagree. I've always found late October through till march/April to be the best on the east coast, but a local where I was fishing last week, say he sees more snapper caught in winter in that region.
The opinions in the fishing club differ greatly too, on times, tides, baits, pretty much everything! It's good fun!!
My last dog was a staffy cross. I left him with a friend when I went to England. He lived to 15 and had a great life. I'd take him everywhere and people loved him.It's got to be a Staffy, best dogs in the world, the end!! Had to have him put down in the end after 7 years, he got really ill!!
I named him Guvner, there is a tradition of naming staffys after shipping posts, Bosun, Captian etc
Here is is the show off!!

I am going for a ride with the IMOC boys soon to Parakao store….now that I managed to get up early enough and set my clock forward for Daylight Saving. (Yes, that is what we call it here!)
Fuck me, it's like the Goode Life at your manor! Let me know when you are popping down to the council with your wheelbarrow full of coins to pay the rates, I love a bit of entertainment!Just been over the neighbors yard to turn over the veggie patch. Emptied the bottom half of his compost bin in there and added some blood and bone and turned it through.
It's lovely fluffy soil as he really looks after his land.
After the next rain, which may be later today, I will cover it with black polythene and leave it for a few weeks before I plant it out.
It's a good size Lil patch , 2.5 x 6 5 mtrs
Will plant potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower and cabbages.
Got Lil seedlings on the go atm so should be all good to go.

Into the mix is the Triumph. It is about £500 more than the KTM, and that is without panniers. Weight is OK and I can still get it from Fowlers. The only other benefit is that I have never owned a Triumph, but I think that the KTM is still ahead of the other two.Ducati don't list panniers for the Monster, but the nearest I can get with a standard ~Monster is:

Say, £12K OTR. So £12k for the Ducati (with no panniers) v £8k for the KTM with everything.
No final decision yet, but the Ducati is £4k more than the KTM.
I can't get to Riders for a bit, but will go back for another look at the Monster.
Have you considered the little 400cc Triumphs of it’s just a toy? They’re getting rave reviews sbd selling like hot cakes.Into the mix is the Triumph. This is with all the Bluetooth shit, but I haven't concluded if this really does include navigation.
So the order is:
1= Ducati Monster
1=KTM Duke 790
44.2=Triumph Trident 660
Both the KTM and Triumph are at Fowlers, and the Ducati is Riders.
I am looking at going down to Bridgewater in a few weeks to re-check out the Ducati. Last time I was there, Ducati didn't do any navigation built in and that may of changed. The KTM ranks high on convenience as it has everything and is the cheapest. The Ducati is the most expensive but wins out on quality and weight. The Triumph wins on nothing
As this is just a toy, with no purpose, my mate thinks me mad to consider the Ducati over the KTM. The problem is: I am mad!!!!

I never had a proper chance testing the V4S travel and radar, so whether I'd rate it better than big Sonja, who knows, what I can say is compared to the DVT its way better, to the V4, I wanted one but Ducati priced themselves out of range for me £7k is a huge difference, therefore Sonja is superior in the terms of VFMPray tell us more about your mate who rates KTM over Ducati View attachment 119497
You do not need anything that goes faster than what you've got.I never had a proper chance testing the V4S travel and radar, so whether I'd rate it better than big Sonja, who knows, what I can say is compared to the DVT its way better, to the V4, I wanted one but Ducati priced themselves out of range for me £7k is a huge difference, therefore Sonja is superior in the terms of VFM
Edit There was one thing that the V4 surpassed the SAS, the QS was much slicker, Sonja is more agricultural
