Some of you may remember me recommending a couple of books if you were going to be doing your own servicing - the Desmoquattro Maintenance and Modification Guide and the Desmodue/Desmotre Maintenance & Modification Guide. The author, LT Snyder runs a small business in Florida servicing and repairing Ducatis and selling Ducati goodies and parts mail order. He also hosts a Ducati Desmo Times Forum aimed mainly at technical aspects of Ducatis. You have to register to access it.
From March, LT will be away for a few months for military duties and he has asked me to take over as Moderator and Technical Expert during his absence to which I have agreed.
So there you are , fame at last - internationally known Ducati Technical Expert :o

I knew my faith to entrust the heart and lungs of my bevel to your medical expertise was well placed!
Obviously I get the "pre-fame" hourly rate as work commenced prior to this?:D
Will need to negotiate for future work!:)
 
Well done Derek, even I've heard of him from a couple of the US forums. I'm sure you'll more than keep your end up.

Tried registering for the site but my password confirmation never turned up.
Does it take a few days to come through?
Did you spot me trying to sneak under the wire Derek and I've been vetoed?:)
 
I don't know Stewart. I can't recall having any difficulty registering but that was a couple of years ago.
I won't be taking over as moderator until March.
 
I wonder if anyone has upgraded from edition three to four of the 4v book and would like to sell me the edition three version?
