Some of you who know me know that I have wanted a 749R for a while, being the ultimate bike, I still would but I really really fancy a 999 Mono Nero, I think they look very smark in Black with a bit of carbon, going for the stealth look. No Ian not with white wheels, black but with red rim tape, I can almost see it in the garage !!!!!!!!
 
I have not seen one on the road, we have a BP in the showroom, it would have to be the Mono Nero, there is one for sale at a dealer, not us !!! But it is a BP converted to a Mono, it is not a Mono Nero, there were a 2005 S I believe, it will be more practicle than an R I think, I also seem to recollect a plaque on the headstock, have to have a plaque......
 
nicest 999S nero I've seen was one Duc Leeds had, it was from the initial 05 limited edition run with gold marchesinis fitted, i didn't think they did headstock badges on the S but maybe for that one they did?

Now youve gone and done it !!!!!!!

Dunno about the wheels, I like all black, maybe with a shiny silver Ducati performance sticker along the bottom.
