Andy Munday down

I got a call tonight telling me of the awful news that Andy Munday, of ex Ducati Glasgow, was hit by a car.

Details are few but it appears that a foreign tourist pulled out on him. He is currently under heavy sedation and has serious multiple fractures and internal injuries.

All the best buddy. Speedy recovery.

...oh god, I didn't realise these were the same guy. Terrible news. I have never met him before before but I would still like to add my name to the 'speedy recovery' messages.

Got a call from WEEIAN earlier this afternoon about Andy - couldn't believe it. I've only met Andy a couple of times briefly. We chatted once at Green Welly, me admiring his 1098 - a gem of a guy - thinking of you Andy, get well soon.

Speaking to Blair at Ducati Glasgow, Andy seems to be conscious now, but from the sounds of it has a long, slow, painful recovery ahead - Andy, our thoughts are with you mate. I'm not even sure if Andy was on the forum ??
