any ST2 owners in Boness

had a call from a guy regarding ST2's asking if i knew anyone in the Boness area with a ST2
hes looking to get an ST2 and his mate has one in norfolk hes said he can have
what hes looking for is a wee sit on a ST2 and a quick run on one to see if its viable for him to go get it in Norfolk and drive it home.
he wants to see if he could get on with it
ex police motorcyclist and advanced rider.
anyone help?

I think there might be a few ST4/ST2 owners within a 30mile radius of Boness so fingers crossed they read this and show the generosity of the Ducatisti.
 
Perhaps an ST4 owner from Bo'ness might consider this request more favourably if more information was know about the bloke that called Mark. With no disrespect to the individual in question, I'm sure many Ducatisti would be reluctant to offer their pride and joy to a complete stranger.

Completely agree- I know I would be very reluctant!!!
As you mentioned I hope more info can be found out.

53 years old
hes an ex police motorcyclists and advanced rider
and i dont think hed object to arranging suitable insurance for the time he would be on someones bike.
thats all i know about him.
he got my number on another ducati site im on, and the call was out of the blue
 
Mark. I will PM you as I don't mind Ian coming over to Currie for a chat/ sit on my bike. I shall also consider an St2 demo experience for him!:)
 
Yup, great news.

Sorry, but we were still reluctant to let someone on Trish's bike - would have been less so if the guy was actually known to someone in the club.

Here's hoping he finds the experience favourable, but can't really see any reason why he wouldn't TBH.
