i just got the call i'd been waiting for, from Martin at DG. the 1098R has arrived. is it any good? i read MCN who said that it's good, but as ever, slow to turn around the corners. apparently it has 100ft lb of torque and the highest torque to weight ratio of any production motorcyle. is the desmo dead already?.........Scotch????????? anyone out there????????

MCN say on their website there is a roadtest of the Desmosedici in next weeks edition, would that be yours Scott?
 
ok, ok. so Martin and Scot pose the £61,500 question. doesn't have the same ring tho does it?

I guess I should add, it's not me on the Desmo.

Here's the three of us together, stuck at another set of traffic lights in Glasgow. Was just a tad bit noisy ;)
