Whats the belt change interval for an 1198?
I know it was 2 years, but thought it had been extended to 5. Which is it?

I would recommend, if you are gonna use gates belts (ducati) because of the state of tune and valve overlap, stick with two years, Exi's CCW belts I'd say longer I did 3.5 years @5k miles per annum, on both mutley's, I guess minimal use and engine turned over regularly 5 years would be absolute limit.

5 Years on all belts now - @Nelly will confirm, but as CCW state, it would be daft not to check half distance as most issues (although rare) stem from other failures which destroy the belts, not the other way around.

A lot of dealers were still advertising a two year change the last time I looked
