Bevels for the modern engines

A chap in Germany has just produced a first prototype of a bevel drive arrangement as a direct bolt on replacement for the cambelts on a modern aircooled engine.
He may produce more though they look like they'd be prohibitively expensive for most.

I wonder if the rag comes with the kit to catch the oil leak?

I noticed the rag too.
Although this is a nice piece of engineering it's not really practical. I guess the guy just made it because he could.
