Thanks Dougie, it's a 42 foot wooden yacht with an 80hp engine. The engine needs lifted to replace the bushes.Also the lower shaft could be twisted.The boat is currently at Inverkip.

Sorry working away from home at mo and just seen post,
pm me and i will put you in touch with some folk.or if you can rig up a "A" frame i have a geared chain pully that would lift the Engine.
