Well, I didn't do it obviously coz I'm a lazy bone idle git! Hendersons Metal Cleaning did it, I think it's that 2 PAC gear but it's probably some some B&Q gloss for all I know!

Took it off all by myself. Lucky I have a factory trained Ducati technician within a 4 iron distance of my house to help me put it all back on!
