Ever since I started racing again in 2007 it's been an ambition to get up through the licence structure to get to the top level for an everyday club nobber.
I would have got there at the start of 2009 if I had'nt lost nearly the whole of 2008 to injury.
Anways past is past and the titanium doesn't make the screening machines at the airport go off. So sent my 2011 competition licence application in last week and got a nice suprise tonight when I got in.
National Licence.
Wanted one for years - long before I actually started racing, this is a big deal to little old me, I've even shoved it on the mantle piece where the crisp grabbers usually get to put their awards and certificates:lol2: pathetically nerdy I know, but couldn't help it
Anyways, teas and coffee's all round on me (cant drink anymore as I'm an athlete now) :bagpipes:
