Ed, no way can I do it, hoping to do the 2 dayer at Cadwell at the end of the month, I have Oulton on Wednesday aswell, cost me £50 today to fill the jerrycan and put some diesel in the van !
 
I think there are a couple of others later. I'm gonna try to do them too
 
why don't you pop the bike in a van and come down and do oulton, we have bed space so it's no issue :)

apart from BSB day when it took us nearly 12 minutes!!!

mind you we were on a push bike and that was from inside the circuit to putting the bikes away in the garage :D

Yep, you are required at Oulton Park, have been offered luxury accomodation at FreakLily Towers and will have a ball !
 
Yes and if you're really lucky and the cats like you they'll bring you a treat in the early hours, they've now progressed to field mice :D
 
blimey, been away for not more than a day (buying my new bike!!! :) ) and I've been summoned down to Oulton, been presented with a field mouse by a cat, been to an theme park, and had my wallet nicked!!! :cool: :eek: ;)

How the bl*ody hell am I gonna make breakfast for 3, then do a full change over (new guests tomorrow eve) thrash down to Oulton in my 24 year old Land Rover, trash a set of slicks, probably crash, then thrash back up here ready to meet&greet my new guests about 6pm??? :eek: ;) :D

wish I did live closer to you guys, I love taking my 'old/new sh*tter around the track fooling everyone into thinking its a bl*ody fast '74 bevel! :cool:
 
do Freaklily (the sybiotic pair) ever get up to Knockers, I suppose it's a long slog for you guys. It is for me aswell but I will if you will!!! ;)
 
Just a point of interest to you modern trackies - shame I won't be using this TT2 600 around Knockhill for a while, I shared it with a mate down south. (and it's still down there) It's got quite a heritage, being owned and raced by Graham McGregor, Roger Burnett and latterly quite successfully by Marc Ward in the BOT.
If you ever get the chance to ride one of these classic racebikes snap it up.

If you can imagine 122kg, 85odd horsepower, wild cams, 41.5mm malossi carbs, 125dB verlicchi pipe and skinny soft-slicks it is amazing, very fast and very high cornering speeds. it leaves the fat-tyred bikes for dead in the bends and tops out (depending on gearing) at 150mph!!! I only just fitted it as it is the size of a 50cc moped!

I miss it like hell! - this was Hall Bends and the Mountain at Cadwell by the way .

I was thinking about going up on the 17th evening to watch and take a few photos Claire....

I think we will struggle for that one as we have already had to cancel a track day that week as Jon's boss is on holiday and he is in charge.

Hopefully once the other house is sold we can start to plan things again and decide on holidays and new bike etc

what are the other dates?
