Well what can I say.
DG you are the tops.:thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:
Your customer service is the best I have ever seen & I am happy to post my thanks to DG & Martin for their service above & beyond.

As you may have read previously I had a nightmare incident when I filled the 848 full with Ultimate DEISEL on the way home from the DG Tracknight at Knockhill last Thursday night.

I was about demented as I had ........ed up badly after a great night BUT I was about to meet the troops at 15.30 the next day to go on the 3 day Northern Run.

The bottom line is, the AA dropped me & the bike off at 11.45am on Friday morning. I threw myself at Tracy & anyone that would listen & begged them to sort the 848. Tracy said they were MEGA BUSY, but to :chill: out & they would see what they could do. At noon, Martin came out of the office & doned the coveralls & stripped out the filters, plugs & fuel lines & cleaned out the entire system on the 848.
The bike was up & running in a few hours.
There was no need for Martin to get out of the office & help me, but he did TOP MAN:thumbs:
That just shows everyone that DG,Martin & his team deserve all the praise that is handed to them. SUPERB!!!!!
The bike was re-built, power washed & ready to roll in 3 hrs.
F..................en brilliant DG.
Top marks for Martin for his efforts to get me on my way to the Northern Run.
Thanks to all at DG for their help & for Tracy pulling me to the side & telling me to "Calm down & don't rush up to Tyndrum to meet the guys. No need to rush".
The DESMO DEISEL flew through the next 3 days on the best roads in Europe & we all on the SDC run had a ball.
Thanks again DG.

Told Walter about it when I got home and we phoned around to find out if you were on your way. Told by DG that all was well.

Walter was so gutted for you he said you could have the Tricolore for the weekend.:D

Your welcome mate - at least you know the inside of your engine is going to look as clean as new!!!:lol2:

I meant to mention earlier that DG also managed to get Amy back on the road when her Monster gave up the ghost in Oban on the second day of Breast Way Round.

We got it AA'd back to DG. Fortunately it was only a loose wire and they managed to get it sorted.
Walter picked it up the next day and brought it up to Fort William.

A big thank you from Amy and I.:D:kiss::D:thumbs:
