Ebay Commerce, anyone heard of it?

This morning I checked my bank account and it showed two payments in. One was for 1p and the other was for 2p and both were showing they came from Ebay commerce.

I have recently sold an item and am expecting the payment tommorrow as I hadn't sold anything for a while, they put it on hold.

Searching for ebay commerce , it suggest they charge you for buying things, which would mean the 1 and 2 p payments were to confirm and access my account. IF they are now charging buyers to buy, my ebay account will be closed.

Anyone had any experience of ebay commerce ?

  4. Once they’ve reached your account (3-5 business days), sign in to Seller Hub or My eBay.
  5. Select the banner to verify your bank account and enter the microdeposit amounts.
It can take up to 5 business days for microdeposits to reach your account, and we’ll email you to confirm they’ve arrived. The microdeposits will be withdrawn from your bank account within a few days.
 
Cheers gents, I gave up selling on ebay a year ago or so and this fannying about has changed my mind on selling.
