Afternoon all!

I’m looking to buy a few bits after pay day and there stuff seems fairly priced. However, having done a search they don’t sound all that great!!:dunno:

Has anyone here had any experience with these folks?

Any feedback would be welcomed!

PM MartinH he'll give you a lot of good reasons why you shouldn't use them. I've seen a lot more negative comments than positive....
 
Used them a few time & no real problem.
I know they have had bad press, but been prompt deliverers & good quality gear.

I have never dealt with them but have heard enough bad press to never attempt to deal with them. A few positive as Chiz above but more often than not some very, very bad press, have a google or search the DSC, Ducatisti, MV forum etc

If ever i wanted someone to suffer for anything its this bunch of fookin w@nkers.

The more bad press they get the better. They intimidate,lie,lie,lie,are insulting,arrogant & think they are really funny..

I think its safe to say Blackie has personal experience of emoto's almost legendary lack of customer service :D:D

Thats pretty much my opinion of them. I know of quite a few other people that have had the same bad service from them. They did lie to me constantly and seem to follow a set pattern in how they deal with (abuse) many customers. My thread on DSC was eventually removed (though they told me it had disapeared by itself!) I do believe that the DSC ended up refusing advertising form eMOTO as they had received so many emails about them.
Seen the usual bad reports on them on the other sites mentioned above as well as Multistrada.net and others. In fact I recently stumbled by accident on yet another thread slagging them off on (I think) an american MV forum.

Am surprised they are still in business :confused:
 
I have read loads of horrific stories about Emoto on virtually every forum.

Personally I have bought dozens of parts from them worth literally thousands and I have never had one problem. The parts were all top quality and were always sent next day delivery with a decent discount, I even got a xmas card and a bottle of whisky sent by special delivery !!!

The guy that I always deal with is Geoff who is always fine with me. I must admit I have spoken to another guy (Italian) who was a little abrupt even when I was not complaining but I just presumed it was his accent.

Only ordered a rear hugger for my 1098 and arrrived quickly - no problems but have read a lot of negative reports. I would have ordered a Rizoma clutch cover recently but they advised me that there were delays in delivery and it would be best to leave to later. As I haven't had a bad experience I would order from them again.

The best thread about emoto was removed from the DSC site, it was quite funny as Emoto actually joined in. Turned into a right kerfuffle I can tell you. Its good that some folk got their parts and good service, I know IanG always defends them as do a couple of others. It seems some people somehow slip through the net and get what they pay for. From my experience and from what others have said I wouldnt ever try to buy from them again.
 
 
 
Well there probably are some nice people there....but i would like to say

I WILL go to the ends of the earth to now cause "mr one line inbred" all the bad press that i can. The lazt cnut could,nt even be arsed sending me my invoice & even thought it was clever to send me an email telling me to find the address from HIS website.

IF me ever are upnorth & fancy calling round for a brew then please feel free, You have my address & i would love to see you face to face & watch you turn the colour of boiled shiite.......

I agree when the stuff finally comes ( i know in the states they sometimes dont get anything ) it is of good quality, but i can get just as good a product from elsewhere without any hassle.

I have had dealing with E-moto none of them good sending defective parts and then saying that they came from Ducati, they should have checked the condition before shipping, refusing to answer e-mails when I enquired about the late delicvery of my stuff they are the biggest bunch of w#n*ers I have ever come across and under no cicumstances should anyone give them any orders.I live in Thailand and I was powerless to do anything even when I called i could not speak to anyone. STAY AWAY
