First Euro Trip. German Moto GP

Hi all,
First post on Forum so please excuse any mistakes.

In July I will be riding to Germany to watch the Moto GP. I'm reasonably new to bikes and have never ridden on the continent and would be grateful for some Top Tips. Particularly interested in the following

Legal requirements for bikes in Belgium and Germany ie headlight adaptors
Tools/Breakdown/Punctures
Recommended SatNav
Any places to visit whilst we're there
