Good service from Ducati Glasgow

Been ordering bits for my bike in last few weeks and have to agree.
Getting to the stage not only does Harry recognise my voice but pretty sure he remembers my card number as well now!
Also worth stating yet again that parts from DG are often considerably cheaper than buying off Ebay etc. and you have the reassurance of knowing they are going to fit and last.

i have to say i have always found Ducati Glasgow friendly, helpfull, and great service. got a pile of bits i ordered sitting there waiting for me to get the bike to them for fitting, they are also very pattient these parts have been on ther shelf now for some weeks with work and this weather and the march meet, i have not been able to get the bike to them for fitting.

grazie mile ducati glasgow....

I think they are robbers. I go in with mega bucks & that Kerrie,Blair, Tracy & Martin just take it off me.;);)
I am always penniless when I leave.:eek:
On the 25th they will be waiting for me to arrive. Offer me a coffee or 2 & then before I know it they are taking money off me & I have signed some paperwork.
Great bunch & great service:thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

Hi,

I also got great service recently when I ordered my pearl white seat cowl from Ducati Glasgow which arrived next morning and when a week later I ordered my tank pad I was fortunate enough that Harry had 'forgot' my card number i'd just given to him, and the card was declined but after a quick call from him to correct the number all was well and that too arrived next day.

The number was maybe lost in the translation ;)

Perfect service thanks again

About 5 weeks ago the DG van picked up one of my Ducatis on a tuesday afternoon at 3.45pm in KIlmarnock. It was going in for belts and valve clearances and service. I phoned DG at 9.45 the next morning only to ask them to have a look at the fuelling on the bike when its in the workshop but before i could say anything Tracy said "Your bikes ready"

There is not any other bike dealerships on this planet that could compete with the DG team :hail:
