Yep, great night, I decided to meet my demons and take the D16RR, thought, yeah, 20 minutes... 2 hours later came off to the sight of shredded front and rears... that was a costly night...:D :D :D
 
Well sorted the seal, well it's wasn't that seal at all really, Yes I weaps a bit (then don't we all sometimes).
Replaced said seal, started her up to check for leaks again and oil started @@@@ing out of where the red arrow is.

Glad really, seals are nothing drastic really. Duly replaced all back together again and no leaks.


...so when's the next trackday....? :)

Hope Pete gets his sorted out soon. Looked like a simular thing only on the water side as opposed to the oil side!
 
I was going to give ed a shot - but he wrecked TWO bikes last night....:D :D :D OK he didn't wreck them "disabled" then :D :D

...:o oh yer, I forgot about that!!! :rolleyes: :p

I also broke the front tank mounts for the bike!! :mad: I know what it was; I wore paired socks yesterday, which I never do - odd socks for me for years now!!
So Mark (neighbour) set about modifying it such that it now has two rubber mounts much like the original bevels had - another good days work! :)
 
Only had the 748 for a few months but had the best laugh ever on the Ducati Track Night. Lots of loverly bikes and nice people, will deffo come back and do another one. Only this time make sure I dont do a low side at the hairpin like I did this time !!!
