I don't know why but i have been thinking of him, maybe because the Motogp season is over and couldn't give a fuck who won the championship!!
The racing is still great but my heart is not in it anymore.
I still like to see Marco Bezzecchi doing well as i feel he is the next rider that will make a great impact, i have been watching his progess for 4 years now and yes he has got what it takes, we will see?
Anyway, a vid on Marco.

Sorely missed the MotoGP grid is missing characters like Marco

Watched that race live, i was with my wife, i said to her to keep an eye on my man, sad fucking day man!!
My son was dropped off to see me on the weekend on the Sunday, i told him what had happened, his face said it all.
Total sadness and shock, the thing is it just shows you what these guys do, R.I.P!

It was kinda the same deal when Wayne Rainey broke his back. Sad. Then Schwantz won the championship by default. It was a very hollow victory for him and he jacked it in after that

Great reaction, that was a real heart ache, Schwantz will and never got over that!!

100% lost interest in racing but you know what I would drive 100 miles to watch a trackday, love popping down to cadwell watching all the groups and walking right round the circuit …. Like a lot of things I like I like watching ordinary enthusiastic people giving it their best no whinging no bullshit usually smiling and treating others with respect
Professional sport has a lot to learn.

I think you'll find there's plenty of bullshit at trackdays. Good natured, mostly, but bullshit non the less

This is why I love the TT.
Of course there are the top teams but the majority of the paddock are privateers, albeit still bloody fast.
Everyone is approachable and friendly, that includes the likes of Hicky as well.
I’ve also lost interest in MotoGP and WSB but I’m not sure why to be honest. Possibly Rossi retiring and the lack of characters is partly the reason.

I did a Castle Coombe meet up, it was a tribute to Hailwood day, Guy Martin was there Hicky and Mcguinness :) was there and just chatting to everyone.
You walked around the site that had Gazebos with the race teams in and you just chat to them.
There was some classic bikes that done a parade round the track and Millyard was there on his V12 Viper loony bike, it was a fucking epic day.
Motogp has lost it's appeal to me now, it could be Rossi leaving or the fact it's getting like F1 with all these new rules.
I remember being at Misano, can't remember what year:ROFLMAO: and Danny Kent had to give a place up for exceeding track limits, first time i had heard of that!!
Everything is getting ruined imo, the fun of life seems to be getting taken away.
I will go to Misano Motogp next year fingers crossed and importantly getting to see my friends as i will be staying with them.
I also think BSB is fucking boreing and as for WSBK, that is a steaming pile of dog shit and it has been for the last 7 years or so.
Anyway rant over!!
