Shakey was at Vallelunga today with "To Tall" Terry Rymer (his manager)
My instinct tells me that Shakey may well end up back at Aprilia with Max. He had an absolute dog of a bike when he went to MotoGP with them (to heavy to big and to slow) and they knew it.
Don't be surprised if they give Shakey another shot at it with a decent bike.
BTW talk of Terry Rymer reminds me of a great story from Donington some years ago.
Darryl Pegg who worked for Dunlop, managed to get into Terry's car during practice and put pepper in the air vents. When Tel' got in the car later, which had been out all day in the sun, of course the first thing he did was turn on the blowers......
....you've got it.....
....pepper blown everywhere.
The following day Terry asked to borrow one of the Dunlop cars (as his was blocked in) while he nipped down to Castle Donington village.
When he got back, the Dunlop guys quickly checked the car, and found a piece of raw fish Terry had placed under the front passenger seat and congratulated themselves on a job well done!!!:finger:
What they didn't find was the tin of "maggots"
under the back seat and for the next couple of days the car was constantly full of bluebottles '; til they eventually found the tin

That would be a great move for Guy.
There's no chance of him going to HM Plant Honda 'cos he's already turned 'em down once (got that on VERY good authority)
IMHO Rob Mac would be the perfect guy to really get inside Guy's head and get him to fulfill his potential.
Still think Shakey "could" go to Aprilia, he knows the team and they know him....and they owe him a decent ride.
