I guess it can only be for them to make even more money - can't see the benefit unless it is £0.01 per mile.

the devil’s in the detail I guess but the basic £85 (£25 + (12 x £5)) seems cheap enough for TPF&T for a bike that’s laid up most of the year. I can see it being attractive to some owners.
