Monster 740 '97 R reg, value ?

I reckon if you put it on ebay you should get £1700 for it (this is without knowing anything about it) or split it down, I could do with it's front calipers (if it has twin discs)
 
I see it says you have a 600SS, never hear you mention it, what yer doing with that? (not that its any of my business) :)

Had a call from John Baines (Baines Racing) today - he's got 7 DD motors to prepare for next season - they'll be quick!!
 
hey, I've got a selection of discs for your RHS, all you need is the £20-£30 for the caliper!!! :)

...and the £150 for the corsa master cylinder!!! :o
 
ignore that, FZR1000 exup M/cylinder is the equivalent to a 19x20mm corsa master cylinder and is much cheaper on ebay!!


...a friendly call to me as I have one here itching to make it's way onto your racebike!!!! :)

Your image just covers the disc up otherwise I could have told you whether mine are the same.
 
if you ain't fussy about having the latest cast iron mega bucks discs then I can donate some discs to the dseered racing team. They were std equipment on early 916s, 748s and all the original SS range. They are perfectly good and it's only coz I'm a sob and got some Brembo Cast iron ones that mine have become redundant. I still outbreaked that lot into the hairpin at Knockers with them!!!! :) ;)

Looks like the std disc that came with the original bike. nout wrong with that!!
 
Any spares are a bonus Ed, at the moment though I am just need some fecking staples and if one more fecking kid knocks at my door I will be locked up for beating the little Chav to death !

As I said, I recken between £1700 & £2000 but without more details it's difficult to price it.
