Just read the latest issue of Mototech which has a couple of good Ducati articles, one on the desmo race bike where aerodynamics are discussed, I didn't realise there were so many different fairings for it, they choose the shape according to the circuit and what hey want th bike to do.
A second article on the 848 beign race in Formula Extreme is also worth a read, written by Alan Cathcart so its fair and informative.
