Glad I searched here for service recommendations.
Braved the awful conditions here today and rode to Consett for Mark to do a Belt change and Valve check on my ST4s. Not many mechanics would let an owner not only watch them work but patiently take time to explain both the above procedures.
Only thing I can fault him for is that he's selling his own late 851:

Needs a little cosmetic finishing but mechanically very sound and actually prettier too look at than in the photos.
If interested, be quick as interest is growing.
