Sad to hear of deaths like this. I make the count in Scotland 4 so far and we're only in the second week of April.

4 in Scotland already in April? That's awful. I don't know the figures for England.

I did not know the guy, but his family must feel it.
On local radio driving home other evening, North Yorkshire Police were quoting last year there was 17 deaths, and in last 10 yrs 155 !! they are going to have a concerted effort to reduce this - think we all know what that means. However I was pleased to hear them say (for once) car/wagon drivers bear some responsibility too. They are the cause in 30% of cases .
