seat unit and vents

[rockjock620]

Interesting news yesterday at DL. One of the seat vents on my bike fell out ages ago so I went to buy a new one, but was realistically bracing myself to buy a pair, with the gauze vent material being extra.......... The surprise first of all that they are NOT listed as separate items......and I would have to buy a whole seat unit! Next surprise being that there had been a recall on seat units for exactly that problem - so a complete seat unit will be replaced under warranty! Amazing. Of course it has to come from Italy, but I can wait.

Bad news...is that Italian truckers have decided to strike against high fuel costs between 30/6 to 4/7 which actually means the week before and the week after nothing moves.

Where did I put that tea strainer and duck tape, sorry gauze?
