well after 6 years sitting in a back garden i saved her and she has just passed her first MOT in my care , no advisories at all , i will say she was dog rough for the first few miles but was getting alot happier on the way home ,

just need some new rubber hoops and im happy ,got a few issues but for now im happy as nun in a cucumber field :D
 
Good result! Mine goes on Friday for his MOT - hoping for the same result. Hasn't been sitting around for 6 years but not done much this year again :o

You might want to have a feel of the wheel bearings, when the wheels are out to make sure all is honey and sweetness ;)
 
Mine just passed first time, no advisories. It had been stood in a garage for 10 years with three broken head studs...............etc. It ran like shit tho', it was only on one cylinder to get there............carbs not set up..........now done. Needs tax then we're off and running.
