I got the important shopping.
Not gong to the gym as it is a long walk from the disabled car park and I'm knackered now!
I'll try tomorrow. No swimming for a while as my right shin wound needs more time to heal up.

Symptoms of alcohol-related liver disease (ARLD)
ARLD does not usually cause any symptoms until the liver has been severely damaged.When this happens, symptoms can include:
- feeling sick
- weight loss
- loss of appetite
- yellowing of the whites of the eyes or skin (jaundice)
- swelling in the ankles and tummy
- confusion or drowsiness
- vomiting blood or passing blood in your stools
I'm good as I have no stools in my house, only chairs. And I rarely pass them, but normally sit down on them at the first opportunity. Also, "weight loss" and "loss of appetite" - No chance!
Overall, I don't subscribe to the "feck up your mind and worry about everything school of thought"
