:)Thought to myself F*_ck it treat yourself its your 40th, So pulled the trigger and got a pair of tubless Alpina wheels for my sport 1000, ERS will be fitting them with 4pot 4pad brembo's and some sticky rubber soon, Roll on the spring.
 
Very very nice! ;)

I looked at a pair for my project but settled on a pair of Sport Classics as a cheaper ( but not as good) alternative.

What did they replace?

They are just replacing the standard tubed wheels on a 1000 sport, I dealt with the Alpina factory direct and saved a fortune compared to the UK dealer a Moto Guzzi dealership in London quoted (£600 qwid cheaper).

The bloke at the factory was a pure gent did everything via email no probs.
