I've seen a few what I thought was a 1098, only for a dealer/seller list them as a 1100

These listed as 1100's by dealers

Know by MCN as an 1100 and Ducati as a 1098 but actually 1099cc

The 1098/1099/1100 SF used 1198 SB crankcases.
But they reverted to older and stronger main bearings in 1198 cases because the newer type fitted to the SB's were known to fail.
