Phoned late Tuesday to order service bits for the Bip, initial call earlier in the day to just get the list sorted, prices and a bit of info then called just before 5.30, (yes i'm THAT pain in the arse customer who calls with an order just before clocking off time),
Very patient and friendly service, you can tell a good parts man when you say, y'know that roundish thing that goes under that other thing that slides and he's already scribbling the part number down and asking how many you want,
(OK, not quite that bad but you get the idea).
I'd not ordered immediately so I could go over the list and add that part i'd forgotten, (theres always something), and sure enough the following morning I got to work and thought, bugger, fuel filter, so another swift call and despite him being snowed under and sounding very harried he sorted the filter onto the order.
Arrived home from work today to find my timing belts, oil and fuel filters, o rings washers, nuts etc waiting.
Superb service, so if you read the posts on here, thank you very much!
Now just need to sort a tension tool, (and some mobil1), i know theres the other methods, the twist, the 5mm allen key, (are they dances?) but hey, call me paranoid, I want to make sure my nice new to me Duc is set properly till i've had enough practise and gotten a feel for the tension.
