And they are hopeful the nhs will one day fund this? Not sure the taxpayers money is best spent on this..don't get me wrong, it's a charming idea but do individuals that are taxed to fuck really need their tax pounds given to this sort of thing?
Who benefits ? Society as a whole or just the couple that want a kid? Surely that money would be better spent curing the existing ailing and getting them back to being contributing members of society rather than bringing more mouths to feed in to existence...
