:o well bang goes any mountain biking for now, Tore my right knee ligament last night playing football !
Damn i havnt felt pain like that for a long time.... Sat in the Western Infirmary for 5 hours to be given pain killers and a slap on the back. Ah well at least the nurses were nice !

Sorry to hear that Ian, and they say motorbikes and mountain bikes are dangerous!! remind me to avoid football at all costs

Done mine mountain biking over Falkland hill years ago, was off work for 2 weeks and had crutches for that time also.

Chuffin' sore too!

You want a little motorbike you do! :p

May do, I may need to blag one yet, Matty is going to come up aswell if thats ok, will take a group if needed, he knows Glentress well !
