I went to see Fury at the cinema, the star of the show is Tiger 131, the only working Tiger 1 in the world based at Bovington Tank Museum!! The battle with the three Shermans is silly, in real time the Tiger would of just sat there taking them out one after the other. I know it's a movie and it's just for drama and to be honest it is a good film.
Watching it now. Great film. Charlie don’t surf!Apocalypse Now Film 4 21.00, the full uncut version with the French settlers. France and ex German SS and German Wehrmacht soldiers had Vietnam under control until they left and the rest is history!!
^^^Balde Runner 2049 BBC3 9pm, went to see it a the cinema and thought it was pretty good.
Backrooms (2026)
It was a bit odd but with a great (if small) cast. If you enjoy a good "WTF Did I Just Watch?" film, this is a candidate.
(The copy I watched, unbeknownst to me, was a cinema capture. Normally I abandon those as soon as it becomes obvious that's what it is but it kind of perfectly fitted with the meta. It sort of worked with the film instead of against it.)

Citizen Vigilante (2025)
Well this one escaped from the reservation. It was like a combination of a Death Wish fantasy and a fact-based documentary. I tried tallying-up the activities of the lead character during the film and established "Dint Do Nuffin Wrong" as a conclusion. Maybe one questionable act... hmm... probably.
I was so surprised that the lead was played by an established actor, Armie Hammer, that I actually had to do research on it afterwards.
My findings:

My findings:
- Armie Hammer is under a cloud after revelations about his private life (I am entirely sceptical about that but at least they cancelled Hammer non-lethally, unlike Anne Heche). This film is his "comeback" after being dumped by Hollywood, his agent and the rest of the communists in the mainstream film industry.
- Uwe Boll (writer, director, producer) is considered somewhat of a provocateur in the industry. I came away thinking this just might be true.
- The film was made in Croatia which is one of only a handful of places I can think of where it *could* be made.
There is talk of a "Citizen Vigilante 2" for 2027 - I'm looking forward to it.

I'm almost expecting a practical instruction manual as a sequel.
Edit: I wonder what Boll would have done with the script of Law Abiding Citizen (disclaimer - I don't wonder at all, I know).
I was so please with Law Abiding Citizen all the way up to the end when the bad guy won and the good guy lost. Then I felt gutted, disgusted and betrayed. If I re-watch that film, I stop before the end.

Film 4 9pm big trouble in little china followed by bone tomahawk, miss them at your peril.
The first is a delight.
The second is a miserable experience for someone watching the film.
I'd say "enjoy" but I'd be lying.
Unless you're watching without a TV licence in which case - have fun!
