Couldn't pass up this thread without adding a shot of "Daytona Dog!" Meka! The only thing that ever bothered her at the track was the C7R Corvettes at Sebring during the 12 hr!

My budgie, a gerbil-identifier by the name of Mr Hibs, is obsessed with a particular patch of wall in the lounge. He flies up to it and talks to it.
I've seen enough films where the family pet identifies a supernatural threat before anyone else is aware of it - is my budgie-gerbil a psychopomp and do I have a poltergeist situation?

PS Mr Hibs helped me type some of this post so forgive any odd spelling or formatting. It's just that he is fascinated by my phone and is attempting to learn how to use it.

Mr Hibs (in white) greeting the new gerbil, Hector. Hector is two months compared to Hibs' four months but he dwarfs little Hibs. He's a better flier, too!

It's all a little bit feisty here, I think there are dominance games afoot.
