A Cat N vehicle has suffered some damage, probably in an accident, but not to its structural frame or chassis. The insurance company that handled the claim decided that repairing the vehicle would have cost more than replacing it.

Insurers often sell Cat N vehicles on for salvage. Many are also safely repaired and returned to the road.
 
Given the Cat N status (the old Cat D) they are probably £1,000-£1,500 overpriced but I did like the paint job

I nearly bought a 1098R from them years back. It all got a bit complicated because the bike had next to no miles on it (5,000km, which is less than the threshold for importing a used bike), was still on its German V2 🚀, ...................sorry V5. Didn't have the service history and only one key. It just was too much and I walked. They were decent during comms though and it was a very nice bike.
