Yeah they do look like rear foot pegs. Has the original subframe been changed? I don’t think any SP or SPS were sold in BiP format though were they🤔 and the VIN and other aspects (eg, Ohlins damper & rear shock, and exhaust) point towards it being an SPS. Perhaps the pillion foot pegs are a red herring, off a previous bike? Heaven knows, if someone had to clean out my shed after I die there’d be a multitude of bits from a multitude of bikes - can’t seem to throw anything away.

Also, are those wheels magnesium?

Hard to tell but the front wheel looks like it had a repair

It's a bitsa at the end of the day, there could maybe be more parts in there shed kicking about. I still find it amazing that the bid has gone to a little over 5K. Four more day's to run on it so we will all see what the fuck it sells for in the end, interesting indeed. Also it sheds a little light on the value of my 996 with all the CF parts i put on it with a full 45mm-50mm termi pipe and i have all the original parts including the full standard exhaust, not the damper though as the standared one was fucked so i replaced it with an Ohlins. :unsure:
